People
FORWARD is led by a diverse team with the construction and management skills necessary to succeed in overcoming the unique risks associated with a construction project at a remote mine. Our people are based in the north and consist of aboriginal workers from across the Northwest Territories. The management team from Formula, Outcome, and Rowe’s have completed hundreds of construction projects at northern remote sites and have the skills necessary to train Aboriginal workers to ensure they are climbing the “skills ladder”. We are built on transparency and we report on aboriginal participation through employment and subcontracting.
Equipment
FORWARD has a fleet of construction equipment/assets and can satisfy the bonding/insurance requirements for any sized construction project. Our equipment fleet is based in the NWT which allows us to quickly and cost-effectively respond by self-performing on any remote construction project. Construction equipment resources are also drawn locally from the pool of assets of participating Aboriginal partner companies.
